New Kent Digital Works provides AI implementation, workflow automation, websites, custom apps, and related digital services for businesses. This notice describes the website experience and the information a visitor may choose to provide.

If you send an inquiry, the form may collect your name, business name, email address, preferred contact method, phone number, location, and a note about what you need. A phone number is used to respond by phone when that is your selected preference; providing it does not grant permission for marketing texts.

If you attach an assessment result to your inquiry, the submission may also include your selected answers, any free-text answers, and the result shown to you. Please do not include passwords, financial account details, health information, private information about another person, or other sensitive material.

How information is used

Information you submit may be used to provide the assessment experience, understand your request, respond through your preferred contact method, discuss possible implementation work, and maintain the operational record needed to follow up on the inquiry.

The current site does not sell submitted information or include advertising trackers.

Current site

The assessment and inquiry form currently accept sample information only. Unsubmitted answers and form drafts stay in the current browser session. In designated test environments, submitted sample contact details, assessment answers, and the result shown may be saved for testing. No inquiry email is sent, and the assessment does not run AI.

The current site does not include advertising cookies or analytics trackers. Hosting and security infrastructure may generate technical logs, such as request times, network addresses, device or browser details, and error records.

Retention and security

A retention period for future inquiries has not been selected. No storage or transmission method can be guaranteed completely secure.

Your choices and requests

You may choose not to submit an inquiry, omit optional fields, or contact New Kent Digital Works to ask about information associated with you. Send privacy questions or requests to the mailing address below. Identity or request details may need to be verified before a response.
